Refund Policy

At Tide Theory, every product is made to order just for you. Because our items are printed and fulfilled on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selections.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at office@tidetheoryh2o.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We will offer a free replacement or a full refund at our discretion.

Wrong Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.

Shipping Policy

Made to Order

All Tide Theory products are printed and fulfilled on demand. This means your order is created specifically for you after you place it — thank you for your patience as we craft something worth waiting for.

Production Time

Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. This is in addition to shipping transit time.

Shipping Times (Estimates)

  • United States: 5–10 business days after production
  • International: 10–20 business days after production

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.
